# Business Plan

Your business plan will allow your employees to realize their ambitions and win a couple of rewards. 

These plans will rank with rarity after construction, which determines how many employees you could hire. Each plan can at most hire 10 employees. 

The rarity of your plan directly influences the company’s grade and the possibility of success. 

The detail could be seen below:
