# About your employee

**Employees** serve as the major force for you to make profits. Through them you could make profits in Fictitious Life, also you have to make regular maintenance for them. Different employees will bring various fruits. 

Hence find out the strongest employee, give a brighter landmark for your company.

Employees could also be fired, which requires you to return 20% of costs to the players who paid $COD.
